A plethora of Mesh Tool Crawls has been applied to cover this Liquib image.  Squiggly strands protrude outward from the central paths as the mouse is clicked and dragged.  The spacing and thickness of these strands can adjusted.  The two strand colors are blended from inside to outside of the Crawl tracks.  In this case, the colors were randomly chosen.
