The Liquib Crater Effect was responsible for this scene of utter devastation.  These Craters and Pits were randomly applied, with randomly chosen parameters.  (NOTE:  A random sequence of the currently selected Tool or Effect can be performed by right-clicking the Random button on Liquib Tools, or just type F8.)  They may have been caused by asteroid or meteorite Impacts, Bullets, Bombs or Volcanos.  Naturally, since the colors were randomly chosen, they appear quite unnatural.
