This Liquib image was based upon a photo of Christmas tree lights that were streaked by camera motion during an exposure time of several seconds.  The Lift Tool was applied with the Fibers Lift Style.  The Fibers variation lifts and spews each image pixel outwards from the center, essentially extending each point into a line.  The Lift Extent was adjusted to 141, and Lightness was chosen as the Lift Basis.
