The Photo Index provides a means of quickly scanning through the images of an album.  Click on a photo to display a thumbnail image.  Press the Enlarge Photo button to show a full-screen image of a selected photo.  Photo Information can be shown by pressing the Photo Info button.  ‘**’ in the Cm column indicates that additional Comments on the photo can be viewed in Photo Information.  Pressing the Display Page button skips to the album page on which the highlighted photo occurs.  The Search button will initiate the Photo Search feature.  A Popup Menu also provides options for a selected photo, including maintenance functions (unless the album has been locked).  The list of images can be resorted, for example by Title or Location, by clicking the appropriate column heading.
