The basis for this image was a photo of a carnival booth.  Several Flow Effects were applied, interspersed with Smears, Bubbles, Drops, etc.  A Script called WhorlsEtc is included with the Liquib sample Scripts, and that can be played to reproduce this sequence using any source image!  Watching the Script play back is much more interesting than looking at this still picture.
