This image started from a photo of a colorful infrared display screen.  Some overlapping small wavelength Waves with Colorized Shading provide the fine-grained, interweaving lines.  (Unfortunately, much of the fine detail in the blue lines is lost when the image is saved in JPEG format.)  Many Stylus Tool strokes were then applied, using both the Wet Paint and Fang Pull Method settings.
